Privacy policy

Last updated : October 3, 2026

Abracadigit is a visual memory game published by Clearforge Studio. This policy explains the data the app uses, the services that process it and the choices available to you.

No account is required. Your progress is stored on your device. Ads, purchases and support messages may nevertheless involve the processing described below. Contact us at [email protected].

1. Progress and settings on your device

Completed levels, stars, scores, statistics, daily challenge results and streaks are stored locally, along with your language, music, sound effects, vibration and animation settings. This data lets you resume playing and personalise the game.

Abracadigit has no accounts, online leaderboard or progress synchronisation with a Clearforge Studio server. Games work offline; ads, purchases and some external features need an internet connection.

2. Personal information and analytics

The app does not ask for your name or email address to play. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or precise location.

We do not use a dedicated audience analytics or crash reporting service to analyse your games. Advertising and purchase SDKs may still process identifiers and technical data as explained below. An identifier described as “anonymous” can still be personal data under applicable law.

3. Advertising and consent choices

Google AdMob serves ads: a statistics banner, ads between some games and an optional video to continue Rush. Its SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location, identifiers, interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. See Google’s policy.

Google UMP manages applicable choices, including in the EEA and UK. Revisit them in Settings › Privacy & ads › Ad consent, and manage your advertising ID in Android settings. Non-personalised ads may still use technical data.

4. In-app purchases

Google Play handles payment for the remove-ads option. RevenueCat checks entitlements using an automatically generated installation identifier, purchase tokens or receipts, purchase status and technical information. The app does not send your name or email to RevenueCat or receive your full payment details. See RevenueCat’s and Google’s policies.

These exchanges provide and restore the purchased option. Deleting local game data does not delete purchase records kept by these services.

5. Updates and external services

The update check uses Google Play to find out whether a new version is available. Google processes exchanges with its service under its privacy policy.

Buttons to rate the game, discover our other apps or read this policy open the Play Store or your browser. Sharing uses your device’s share menu: you choose the receiving app. Services you open apply their own privacy policies.

6. Support messages

If you write to us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to reply, resolve the reported issue and follow up on your request. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary.

Processing these messages is based on our legitimate interest in providing support, or performing the service when your request relates to a purchase. We do not use them to send advertising.

7. Children

Abracadigit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us such data, contact [email protected] so we can investigate.

8. Retention and your rights

Progress and settings remain on your device while you keep the game’s data. You can erase them through Android settings or by uninstalling the app. Any device or account backups follow their own settings. There is no Abracadigit account to delete.

Support messages are retained to handle and follow up on requests and, where necessary, meet applicable obligations. Google and RevenueCat apply their own retention periods and processing practices; their infrastructure may be in other countries. Their policies explain safeguards and how to exercise your rights.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing or portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for future processing. Email [email protected]; requests about data held by Google or RevenueCat may also be addressed to them directly. You can complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the French CNIL.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page to reflect changes to the app or its services. The date at the top identifies the published version. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
