Last updated : October 9, 2026

Due. Done. Repeat. is a recurring-tasks app (reminders, widgets, calendar) published by Clearforge Studio. This page explains what data the app uses, why, and what choices you have.

Publisher and contact: Clearforge Studio — [email protected]. You can write to this address with any question about your data or to exercise your rights.

1. What the app keeps on your phone

Your tasks, their recurrence, their completion history, your categories and your settings are stored only on your device. The app has no user account and does not send this data to our servers: we cannot access it. It is deleted when you uninstall the app, or when you use "Delete all local data" in the settings.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, e-mail address, location or contacts. The app contains no ads and no advertising tracker. We do not use any analytics or crash-reporting tool that identifies you, and the titles or notes of your tasks never leave your phone.

3. Reminders, morning recap and widgets

Reminders and the morning recap are local notifications, created on your device: no server or push token is used. The app asks for permission to show notifications when you turn a reminder on. Home screen widgets display your tasks from local data. To keep reminders and widgets up to date, the app reruns a calculation in the background on the device about every 12 hours: nothing is sent over the internet.

4. Pro plan and purchases (Google Play, RevenueCat)

If you subscribe to or buy Pro, payment is handled by Google Play: we never see or keep your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check that your purchase is active: RevenueCat receives an anonymous ID generated for the app, your purchase history and basic technical information (app version, operating system, country), but not your name, your e-mail or the content of your tasks. See RevenueCat's policy. Your data is never deleted or disabled automatically if Pro expires.

5. Export, import and sharing

JSON export and import are done on your device. The export file is handed to the app you pick in Android's share sheet, and import reads a file you select: we receive neither. If you save a backup to an online service, how it is stored depends on that service and its own privacy policy.

6. Google Play services

The app may use Google Play services to check whether an update is available and to offer to rate the app. Google processes these exchanges under its own privacy policy.

7. Contact and e-mails

The contact, rating and privacy policy buttons open your mail app, the store or your browser. If you write to us, we use your address only to reply.

8. Children

Due. Done. Repeat. is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

9. Your rights

Because we do not keep personal data on our servers, there is no account to delete. For any question or request about your data (access, erasure, objection), write to [email protected]. For data processed by Google or RevenueCat, you can also contact them directly. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

10. Changes

We may update this page, for example if the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
