Moments does not require an account and does not run user databases on ClearforgeStudio servers.

1. Data collected

1.1 Personal data

  • No account creation is required.
  • Moments does not directly collect personal data such as name, email, phone number, or postal address.

1.2 Data stored locally

  • Favorite cards.
  • Session settings (mode, duration, intensity).
  • User preferences.

1.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app may display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

  • Advertising ID.
  • Device information.
  • Usage data.
  • IP address (anonymized according to Google rules).

These data are collected directly by Google. You can disable ad personalization in your Android settings.

1.4 In-app purchases

  • Premium packs (one-time purchase).
  • Remove Ads option.
  • Payments are processed by Google Play only. We never access banking details.

2. Data usage

  • Display advertising.
  • Improve app stability.
  • Measure overall performance.

3. Data retention

  • Local data stays on your device until manual deletion.
  • Uninstalling the app removes local app data.
  • Google-collected data is retained according to Google's own policies.

4. Security

Moments does not transmit personal data to external servers (outside advertising services).

No user database is maintained by ClearforgeStudio.

5. Use by minors

Moments can be used by minors under adult supervision.

The app does not intentionally collect personal data from children.
