Privacy Policy

1. Data stored on your device

The app stores your language, game settings, confirmation of the adult-content warning, the most recent names entered for games with several players on one device, and gameplay statistics: numbers of sessions, cards played and cards played per pack. This data runs the game and displays your statistics. Confirming the warning does not verify your identity or age.

This information stays on your device. It is not sent by the local statistics service. You can remove it by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app, subject to your device’s backup mechanisms. Votes in an ongoing game and player names are used to show that game’s result; only the most recent names are stored locally to make the next game easier to set up.

2. Votes and global percentages

If the online statistics service is enabled in your app version, Neither sends the card identifier and chosen option (A or B) to a service hosted on Cloudflare Workers. In games with several players on one device, each vote may be sent separately. The service adds votes per card in Cloudflare D1 and returns totals to display global percentages. That database stores only counts per card and option; the app does not include player names, player accounts or installation identifiers in vote submissions. Individual responses cannot be recovered from these counts or deleted separately once aggregated.

Connecting to the service still transmits technical data, including your IP address, to Cloudflare. The processing and retention of any technical logs depend on the configuration of the Cloudflare account in use. If the service is not configured, no votes are sent to it; if it is unavailable, sending may fail without blocking the game. Development versions do not submit votes to the global count.

3. Advertising and privacy choices

Neither uses Google AdMob to show ads when available. The advertising SDK may process technical data such as IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics, including to deliver, measure and secure ads. Depending on your circumstances and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized or limited. Non-personalized ads may still require some technical processing.

The app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to display the applicable consent form and manage advertising choices. When required and available, you can reopen this form in Settings > Ad consent. Withdrawing consent does not necessarily erase data already processed by providers. The app may initialize the advertising SDK at launch; applicable consent choices and ad-serving rules are managed by Google and the AdMob configuration.

4. Pack purchases

If purchases are configured and you buy a pack, the transaction is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and access to content by RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process an app-specific customer identifier, purchase receipts or tokens, entitlements and technical information needed to manage and restore purchases. Neither does not receive your full payment card details. If purchases are not configured in your version, this processing does not take place.

Purchase information is retained under the applicable store and RevenueCat rules; uninstalling the app does not necessarily erase transaction history. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy or Apple Privacy Policy, depending on your store.

5. Support, sharing and external links

The contact, suggestion and report buttons open your email app. No message is sent automatically: if you choose to write to us, we receive your email address and the content you send so we can handle your request. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed.

The sharing feature uses your device’s share menu. You choose the recipient and service. Links to the store, our other apps and the privacy policy open external services governed by their own rules. Checking for updates on Android uses Google Play services.

6. Purposes, legal bases and retention

Local data runs the game and saves your preferences; it stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Aggregated votes, when the service is enabled, are used to show global results; counts are kept while that service operates. Purchases provide and restore acquired packs; related data is retained under the applicable providers’ obligations and periods. Support messages are used to respond to your requests.

Depending on the processing, these activities rely on providing the requested service, our legitimate interest in responding to requests and showing aggregated results, or your consent where required for advertising technologies. Details of the advertising purposes and partners subject to consent appear in the UMP form when applicable. No Neither account is required to play.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Local data stays on your device. Data sent through the features described above may be processed by Google, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, app stores and your email provider, depending on the features you use. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies and the safeguards they implement are available through the links above.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict processing, object to certain processing and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. Data stored only on your device can be removed through its settings. For data held by a provider, we will direct you to the appropriate process or handle your request where possible.

If you are in the European Economic Area and believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to your data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.

9. Changes

We may update this policy if features, providers or data processing change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
