Panic Pass is a party game published by Clearforge Studio. This page explains what data the app uses, why, and what choices you have.
Publisher and contact: Clearforge Studio — [email protected].
1. What the app keeps on your phone
Your settings (language, sound, vibration, fake silence, "no alcohol" filter), your statistics (games played, longest survival, best round count) and the state of your purchases are stored on your device only. Panic Pass has no user account and does not send this data to our servers. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.
2. What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, precise location, or access to your contacts, photos or microphone: the game is played out loud, the app listens to nothing. We do not use any audience measurement tool that identifies you.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: a small banner on the home screen (never during a game) and a full-screen ad every 5 lost games. To show them, Google may collect and use your device's advertising ID, your IP address, device and app information and an approximate location derived from the IP address. These processing activities are described in Google's policy.
In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent (Google UMP form) before loading ads. You can change your mind at any time in the app settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads).
4. In-app purchases (RevenueCat, Google Play)
If you buy "Full Unlock" (ad removal and premium packs), the purchase is handled by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check that the purchase is active: RevenueCat receives an anonymous user ID and purchase information, but not your name or email. See RevenueCat's policy.
5. Fonts (Google Fonts)
The interface uses the Bebas Neue font. It may be downloaded from Google Fonts: in that case, Google receives your IP address and technical information about your device, as with any network request. See the Google Fonts policy.
6. Google Play services
The app may use Google Play services to check whether an update is available and to offer to rate the app. Google handles these exchanges under its own privacy policy.
7. Sharing, links and emails
When you share your result, the text is passed to the app you choose in Android's share sheet: we do not receive it. The "Rate" and "Privacy policy" buttons and the support options open the Play Store, your browser or your email app. If you write to us, we use your address only to reply.
8. Adult content and children
Panic Pass offers dares, some of which may involve alcohol (which you can turn off with the "no alcohol" filter), and packs with a looser tone. The app is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
9. Your rights
Because we do not keep personal data on our servers, there is no account to delete. For any question or request about your data (access, erasure, objection), write to [email protected]. For data processed by Google or RevenueCat, you can also contact them directly.
10. Changes
We may update this page, for example if the app changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
