Delete your Pitchr account
Pitchr works without an account. This page explains how to delete the optional social account and the data linked to it.
In short
Deletion is immediate, permanent, and done from the app. It erases your profile, friends, scores, and duels from our servers.
No account? There is nothing to delete on our servers: solo mode keeps its data on your phone.
1. From the app (recommended)
This is the fastest way and requires no exchange with us:
- Open Pitchr and go to the Social tab.
- Tap the âš™ icon at the top of the screen.
- Choose “Delete my account”.
- Read the list of data that will be deleted, then tap “Continue”.
- Confirm by signing in again with the same Google account: this proves the account is yours.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
2. What is deleted
This data is permanently deleted from our servers:
- Your profile: nickname, friend code, and your photo's address.
- Your friends, friend requests, and blocks.
- Your ranked Daily scores.
- Your duels: they also disappear on your friends' side.
- Your sessions and your devices' notification identifiers.
Your friends no longer see you. Signing in again with the same Google account creates a brand new profile: nothing is restored.
3. What is not affected
Deleting the social account does not affect:
- Your solo games, statistics, and settings, stored on your phone: uninstall the app or clear its data to remove them.
- Your Google account itself. To remove Pitchr's access to your Google account, open your Google account settings, Security section, then “Sign in with Google”.
- Any “Remove Ads” purchase, managed by Google Play and RevenueCat under their own rules.
- Moderation reports that concern you: they are anonymized (no link to your account remains) and purged 90 days after they are closed.
4. Can't use the app anymore?
The simplest way is to reinstall Pitchr, sign in again with the same Google account, and follow the steps above. If that is not possible, write to us:

Tell us your friend code or nickname. As we do not keep your email address, we may ask you to confirm your identity to protect your account. We process your request within 30 days at the latest.
5. Timing and backups
Deletion is immediate in our database. Cloudflare may keep technical database backups for a limited time, according to its own policy; they are not used to restore a deleted account.
